One key aspect of this issue is the potential for losing control and visibility. If employees are using unauthorized AI agents, organizations may not clearly understand how tasks are being performed, what data is being accessed, or what decisions are being made.
This lack of oversight could lead to safety issues, errors, and inconsistencies.
