Why this training and how it was conceived

Traditional methods advocate a series of sequences of various activities, from specifications to system validation, according to a pre-established schedule.

They aim to predict better the way things "should" happen. 

Unfortunately, this reassuring vision is far from the reality of data-driven projects.

Most engineering activities follow one strict plan, with any change disrupting a schedule that has no lifespan other than the time it takes to pronounce it.

The consequence is that more than 80% of projects executed according to these methodologies experience delays and budget overruns when they do not end up in total failure for not being able to satisfy customer expectations.

But let's not forget:

In any market, the value of everyone's time starts at zero.

With the help of artificial intelligence, we realized we can do better.

Understanding the scale of complex challenges through detailed data analysis can help us find sustainable and efficient solutions. 

It's important to remember that even the most daunting challenges can be overcome step by step if we look at the data.

Understanding the data can help put a problem into perspective: what seems like a massive challenge may be easier to solve than we think.
