The growth mindset system | How do you take advantage of technology advancements? | The leadership podcast
Hello friends,
The next wave of data-driven technologies has the potential and power to help us “re-humanize” work.
Rather than doing the same work faster and with fewer people, the next wave of technologies will unleash opportunities to redesign jobs and reengineer workflows.
It will require organizational leaders to make informed, careful, strategic decisions to ensure the technology is used to enhance our humanity and enable people to do the kinds of intuitive decision-making, empathetic, problem-solving activities we do best.
It will enable people to focus on the parts of work that humans are particularly well-suited for: growth mindset focused on assets like relationship building, business ecosystem, talent management.
