AI is here: we have to realign our resources | AI this week in the news; use cases; for the techies
Hello friends,
Strategic realignment of resources is when we adapt the resource portfolio to the core strategy. There are several types of resources; those that come up the most are human, financial, intangible, and organizational resources.
AI is coming everywhere and changing everything; this is just the beginning. Strategic realignment of resources is expected in the current situation. But what bothers me is that the employees often pay the price of strategic realignment.
There are going to be a lot of strategic realignments in many companies. This does not mean there will be many massive layoffs, but what is certain is that many people will have to change jobs or activities.
And it would be nice if it was not systematically people who paid the price of strategic changes.
But can one effectively master advanced AI skills without a solid foundation in the basics?
We're watching as AI and learning techniques evolve to see how this impacts the field and expertise.
We will likely observe a clear divide between experts with skills and those who prioritize perishable skills without delving into the underlying complexities.
